The Two Types Of MLM Leads
There are two basic types of MLM leads. The first type of MLM lead is simply the details of an opportunity seeker who has asked to receive information about income opportunities, home-based business, entrepreneurship, etc. This type of lead is also known as an opt-in lead.
The second type of MLM lead is often a hapless victim - someone who has responded to an ad or ordered an income producing product and as a result, their name is sold by the advertiser (who placed the initial ad) to an MLM list broker or list management company, and then sold on to you and untold numbers of other people.
Should I Buy MLM Leads?
You can buy either type of lead (usually name and email) if you have money to burn or, if you are really serious about this business, you could learn to generate your own targeted leads. But perhaps the best of all is the double opt-in contact who has also bought something off you before. These will be the best converting leads, quite simply because they have confirmed their interest more than once and they already know and trust you.

In a nutshell, it means more signups. If you take the time to learn to set up your own lead generation machine, you can target your leads to match any group at all. That means you will know exactly what your new list members want or need and where their interests lie, making it a cinch to market effectively to them.
So Do I Have To Call My MLM Leads?
Absolutley not! In fact, if you want your MLM leads to call you, instead of the other way around, just tailor your promotional material to brand you or your business in any way you wish. This way your brand is instantly recognisable, right from the first marketing message after they opt into your list.
